- Eat more raw food: Increase your consumption of food that helps increase your dietary fiber. Include fresh food items like fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and others to improve and manage gut health and balance hormones.
- Increase consumption of dairy products: Calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium food abundantly found in dairy foods like cheese, milk, and yogurt should be consumed. It prevents and reduces the growth of fibroids.
- Eat hormone balancing foods: Add and consume food that can help you maintain your hormones and eliminate excess estrogen from the body. Eat food items like apples, broccoli, cabbage, and others.
- Avoid foods high in sugar: Say a big no to refined sugar and food items that are high in sugar. Eating food that is high in sugar can result in inflammation and weight gain.
- Say no to alcohol: Drinking any sort of alcoholic beverage may result in an increased risk of fibroids. It triggers inflammation that can worsen the symptoms of the disease.
- Avoid processed food: Consumption of processed food items increases the risk of inflammation levels in the body and can also worsen the systems. So, better eliminate all packed and processed food items like chips, biscuits, jelly, and other ready-to-eat foods.
